We're making it easier for you to help customers by making sure you find the most up-to-date and accurate information. We're also improving the layout of the search page, so it will be easier to search.
Remember, only Agent Home search can find the latest and greatest answers in the knowledgebase. As of last May (4 months ago!), no new information was put into K@W.
When will you see these changes and improvements? Some—the ones in the first 4 3 bullets—are already there and you can see them now. We're targeting this week for the remaining ones, but stay tuned for the exact date.
